What to Expect

Whether you've attended church your whole life or never stepped foot in one before, we know it's not easy visiting a church for the first time. You're not quite sure what to expect. You probably have a lot of questions. We hope this information will help to answer your questions.

WHAT'S THE MORNING SCHEDULE?

We have different services on Sunday and Wednesday. View our schedule of services here.

HOW SHOULD I DRESS?

There is not a dress code at Community Baptist Church for members or guests, but our ministry leaders and many of our church family dress in more traditional "Sunday" dress.

WHERE DO I GO WHEN I ARRIVE?

Please stop by the Welcome Center in the front foyer and one of our greeters will be glad to assist you.

WHERE DO I GO FOR SUNDAY SCHOOL?

Our 10 am service consists of Adult Bible Sutudy in the main sanctuary, CapeKids for all ages 3-6th grade, middle school and high classes, and nursery. Our greeters at the Welcome Center will be glad to show you to the age appropriate classroom.

WHAT IS THE MORNING SERVICE LIKE?

Our 11 am Worship Service consists of Christ-honoring music and a clear, helpful, and challenging message from Pastor Billy Knox.

AM I EXPECTED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE OFFERING?

No. We don't invite you to Community Baptist Church for your offering. We want our service to be a gift to you. Please don't feel any obligation to participate in the offering as a guest.
