Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed. Restart the app if content does not refresh. Scripture reading remains available offline; devotionals and current church content require an internet connection. If you're reporting a problem, please include your device type, operating system version, the app's version/build number, and what you were doing when the problem occurred.

Please do not send private Bible notes or sermon-outline responses when reporting a problem -- those stay on your device and support cannot access them.
