NURSERY

Our nursery is available and equipped with a reliable staff during our Sunday morning, Sunday evening, and Wednesday evening services. We believe it's extremely important, and biblical, for parents to "train up" their children in the Lord. It is equally important for parents to receive their spiritual feeding from the milk and meat of the Word of God without interruptions. The nursery is a ministry providing parents a safe and nurturing environment for their precious little ones, ages newborn to 23 months old, while attending our services. Parents are more than welcome to have their babies in the service with them. In the event your child becomes disruptive during the preaching service, we encourage parents to use the nursery.

Luke 18:15-17 15 And they brought unto him also infants, that he would touch them: but when his disciples saw it, they rebuked them. 16 But Jesus called them unto him, and said, Suffer little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God. 17 Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child shall in no wise enter therein.

Parents, are you trying to train your child(ren) how to properly behave in church? A dear sister in Christ and our former nursery director, Theresa DeLuca, has written a pamphlet titled "Children in Church." We strongly recommend parents with little ones to read this and start training them today. Tomorrow may be too late.

Theresa has written another excellent article titled, "Should a Man Work In the Nursery?" Pastors, men and women within the church need to read this article and obey God's Word regarding our God given responsibilities.
